Information for Prospective Members

Seven Locks Swim & Tennis Club is a private, non-profit, member-owned club. We limit membership to a total of 350 memberships to ensure our club is a relaxed, fun, and safe place. Joining our wait list requires a $50 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your first summer’s dues when membership is processed.

Seven Locks has three membership types: Membership Units, Seasonal, and August-only.

  • Membership Units are co-owners of the club and have priority access and privileges.
  • Seasonal Members have use of the club for one summer season only. Seasonal memberships are offered on an as-available basis.
  • August-only members have use of the club during the month of August only. If available at all, just a few August memberships are offered each summer.

Here is the situation for 2024 memberships:

  • Membership Units for Summer 2024: We currently have an extensive wait list for Membership Units. To the extent we have units available for Summer 2024,  we anticipate we will start making offers from this list in early spring. We will accept a limited number of new members from the wait list starting in March and continuing throughout the spring. Depending on how many of our current members opt to renew their memberships, you may or may not receive a membership offer for this summer. If you join our waitlist after Memorial Day, it is extremely unlikely that you will be offered membership for the 2024 or 2025 seasons.

  • Seasonal memberships for 2024: We will not offer seasonal memberships for the upcoming season.
  • August-only memberships for 2024: We will make a decision regarding whether we are able to offer August-only memberships no later than July 15, 2024.

Initiation Fees
  • One non-refundable, non-transferable initial payment of $3,000 OR two non-refundable, non-transferable payments of $1,550 paid over two consecutive seasons. (Members receive voting rights after initiation fee has been paid in full.)

Annual Dues
  • Family – $1,100
  • Couple – $890
  • Single – $730
  • Seasonal guest passes for nannies and caregivers – $70
  • $75 senior discount available for couples and single seniors aged 65 and over
  • If made available, will be offered no earlier than May
  • If made available, will be offered no earlier than May

Annual Dues for Membership Units. These due must be paid every summer. If the annual dues are not paid within 45 days of receipt of the renewal notification and the Club has not been contacted, the membership is eligible to be revoked.
