Private Parties at Seven Locks

We will accept party requests for the upcoming season starting on May 1st. 

Members of Seven Locks are welcomed to host private parties at the Pool, subject to certain conditions:

  • Reservations and advance approval are required if the party consists of more than 5 guests.
  • Private parties are limited to a maximum of 30 persons (pool members and guests).
  • No private parties are permitted Memorial Day weekend, Juneteenth, July 4th, or Labor Day weekend.
  • Unfortunately, some proposed parties may not be able to be accommodated if the Club determines that the timing or size of the party will be disruptive to regular pool operations.
  • Parties are subject to the following fees:
    • 5 to 15 people (members and guests): $300
    • 16 to 30 people (members and guests): $450
    • Time allocation is 3 hours: 30 min to set up, 2-hour party and 30 min to clean up
  • The fees will cover admission of guests to the pool and reserved tables under the large pavilion (two tables for parties under 15 persons and three tables for parties over 15 persons) only for the time allotted to the party.

Ready to book your party at Seven Locks?

Reserve your party at Seven Locks in three steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account (upper right corner of the page), go to the “Reservations” tab, and click ”Make Reservations.”

Step 2: Select ”Private Parties” from the drop down menu and select the date and time you would like to reserve.

Step 3: Select your email address for the reservation and click “Book It.”

You will receive an email confirmation for your reservation that includes a link to pay for your party.
